Boreal

Boreal

Boreal
Please
Poppies in the Wheat
Old Man Counts
Last Haiku

there are others
call them possibility
but no less than you
feeding by your edges

hungry
attempts at the six senses failed

hopes for boundaries
for that called a soul

sleeping in your house
near you by dark

in their eyes
what you were before you were

something waiting for a spark or light
something igniting the fire of a life

hungry
in and of one of your thoughts

anger unexplained
sorrow without reason

first to meet you
and last to leave when you go
feeding from your last self aware

what you were before you were

and what you are after

sad
one is knocking now

please
