Zoran Radicheski is a literature translator, interpreter, poet, storyteller and linguist. He was born in 1985 in Skopje, Macedonia. He has obtained BA and MA degrees in Translation and Interpreting, Macedonian and Slavic Linguistics at the National University Sts. Cyrill and Methodius of Skopje, Macedonia. He has also studied and worked in Germany and Austria. He is a prolific translator who translates in Macedonian mainly from German, English, Afrikaans, Dutch, Spanish, French, Russian and occasionally other languages. Zoran is regular translator and interpreter for the Struga Poetry Evenings festival, for which he has translated several poetry books and poems from young European poets as part of the Versopolis platform and for others. Zoran has also attended and performed at many poetry readings and festivals in Macedonia and abroad. He also writes poetry, haiku and slam-poetry as well as short stories, mainly in his native Macedonian and English. He fluently speaks more 10 languages and can communicate in numerous other languages. He currently resides and works in the Netherlands.
