Vasile Andru (1942, Bachrinest, Romania). Graduated at the Faculty of Philology in Jash. After seven years of teaching History of French literature and Aesthetics, he quit the position of the professor and devoted his time to writing. Since 1978 works at the “Romanian life” magazine.
He writes novels, short fiction, and essays.
Member of the Writers’ Association of Romania.
