Jürgen Nendza was born 1957 in Essen, he has written poetry, short fiction, radio plays an features, and is also active as an editor. He has received various awards and prizes for his poetry, including the Meran Poetry Prize. His most recent collections of poetry are “Die Rotation des Kolibris” (2008) and “Apfel und Amsel” (2012).
