literary critic and theorist. Born in Ohrid, 1961. Associate professor of Theory of Literature and Methodology of Literary Study at the Department of General and Comparative Literature, at the University “Ss Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje. Graduated from the Department of Comparative Literature at the Faculty of Philology in Skopje. Postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, M.A. thesis:”Typollogical Models of Macedonian Literary Criticism”, 1989. Ph.D. at Faculty of Philology in Skopje, 1998 – entitled “From dialogism to Intertextuality (from Mikhail Bakhtine to post-structural criticism).

Edited over 100 articles, also including the books: Comparative Poetics (postmodernism in Macedonian fiction, Skopje, 1996), Studies on Literary Theory (Skopje, 1997), Cultural Essays (Skopje, 2000), From Dialogism to intertextuality (Skopje, 2000), Prisoners of the Everyday (selected columns, in Macedonian), Blesok, Skopje, 2001.
