Ahmed Burić (1967) is a Bosnian-Herzegovian writer, translator and journalist. He has published three poetry collections The God of Transition (2004), The Last Tears of Oil and Blood (2008) and Mother’s Tongue (2013). A collection of his poetry in Slovenian Heaven’s Door and in Macedonian, The Master of Skopje and Other Poems are being prepared. He writes poetry, prose and newspaper columns. In Skopje, was part of the residence implemented by Traduki network and Gotan publishing house. He lives and works in Sarajevo.
