Project Description
Jasminka Markovska is a researcher, writer and translator from Skopje. She has studied and worked in Macedonia, USA and Norway, where she currently lives. Her research spans on various topics: performance, theatre, culture and cultural production, literature, modern socioantropology and modernity. She is also a playwright, and has published a number of articles and a monography on Ibsen and his works. She is a Norwegian and English language translator.
